Description of Service	Provides an adoptive parents link to children awaiting adoption in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. Children with special needs raised in unstable situation or in foster care can experience the love of a permanent family with the Special Needs Adoption program. Oftentimes, special needs children have mental, emotional, or physical challenges.
