Description of Service	Senior Boxes is a Commodity Supplemental Food Program distribution site for low-income seniors ages 60 or older.

Intake Procedure	Must complete application form; Call for information
Intake Requirements	Bring a photo ID, state registration required, and proof of income to apply initially. Once you apply, it takes 1 to 2 months for your name to appear on the list.
Helpful Tips	If you are on the list, and do not pick up your box, your name will automatically be removed from the list and you must reapply.
