Rebuilding Together Philadelphia - Safe and Healthy Home Repairs/ Energy Efficiency
GENERAL INFORMATION
Description of Service Offers homeowners and their families an opportunity to work with volunteers to make essential home repairs. Home modifications for older adults and people with disabilities are priorities for RTP. RTP volunteers help homeowners understand the health and safety issues addressed through the repairs.

CLIENT INFORMATION
Languages Spoken English
Eligibility - Resident of zipcodes 19104 OR 19122 OR 19138 (Vets from all zipcodes accepted)- Must live in a home that is owned (proof required)- Must meet low-income criteria based on HUD standards (80% or less of 2013 Philadelphia median income) - Must provide proof of income eligibility - Must complete, sign and return application (incomplete applications will not be accepted)
