Affordable Housing Center of Pennsylvania is a HUD-approved housing counseling agency that will guild you along the path to achieve home ownership.
The First-time Homebuyer Program will help you to meet the necessary qualifications that will allow you to become a first time home buyer.

Program benefits include:
- Credit education and strategies for improvement
- Budget and money management services
- Access to IDA accounts and other savings programs
- Referral to lenders with favorable loan terms for low and moderate income households and first-time home buyers
 - Access to grants to help pay for the closing costs

All counseling activities are performed in accordance to housing counseling standards set by the Office of Housing and Urban Development.
