本服务站帮助华人民众解读简短的英文信函，帮助填写选民登记表, 申请自住房物业税扣除Homestead, 或制作住址证明文件等.
另有长者特别服务帮助长者打简单英文电话。长者若要帮助填写福利申请表格请来电找刘女士预约 215-838-8247。

这项服务由东北费城公益协会（NEPCA）主办
并由费城东北区华商会（NPCC) 独家赞助。

The ‘English Help Service Station’ for Chinese at 6401 Castor Ave. Phila. PA. 19149 was launched on  10/2/2019. It is opened from 10 am to 5pm on Monday and Wednesday weekly.  This service helps Chinese residents interpret simple English letters, fill voter registration form,  homestead property tax deduction benefits, and more. Extra services for low income seniors would help senior make English phone calls and fill some benefit applications. Contact Felicia at 215-838-8247.

This service is hosted by the Northeast Philadelphia Chinese Association (NEPCA) of Culture Trust with full sponsorship from Northeast Philadelphia Chinese Chamber of Commerce (NPCC).
