Taxpayer Assistance Clinic

The City of Philadelphia Department of Revenue will have representatives on-site to answer your questions. They will help customers sign up for assistance programs such as the Homestead Exemption, Owner-Occupied Real Estate Tax payment agreements, and Senior Citizen Property Tax Freeze.

Staff will also be available to assist you with other government-related programs and services available.

Please make sure to bring:

• ID
• A Recent Bill
• Information on everyone in the household
• Proof of income for the last 60 days
