BMT Homebuyer Programs

First Front Door
Receive up to $5,000 for down-payment and closing costs. First Front Door (FFD) grants* are provided by FHLBank Pittsburgh and are available through a BMT mortgage professional. For every $1 contributed, FFD will provide qualified first-time homebuyers $3 in assistance, up to a maximum of $5,000. Talk to your BMT lender for full program details and to see if you qualify.

Neighborhood Opportunity Program (NOP)
The program is designed to assist individuals and families with limited income, or who are purchasing in low- and moderate-income areas, realize their dreams of homeownership.

FHA Financing
A mortgage that is insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA). Also known as a government mortgage.
