Online First-time Homebuyer Workshop

Due to COVID-19, Affordable Housing Centers Of Pennsylvania will continue to provide their homebuyer workshops via Zoom.

Are you or someone you know interested in becoming a homeowner? Perhaps you are having a hard time deciding if it is right for you because you are not informed on the overall process you will need to complete. Register for our interactive workshop presented with the goal of educating you on the options, benefits and best practices of homeownership. Our speakers include a lending officer, realtor, home inspector and home insurance representative.

This workshop is part 1 or a 2-part requirement for the counseling certification to have you be eligible for the Philly First Home Grant of up to $10,000. To be eligible for the grant you must complete the counseling certification prior to signing an agreement of sale to purchase a home.
