First-Time Homebuyer Workshop

Interested in becoming a homeowner? Register for this interactive workshop presented with the goal of educating you on the options, benefits and best practices of homeownership. A lending officer, realtor, home inspector and home insurance representative will inform attendees on the overall process of home ownership.

This workshop is part 1 or a 2-part requirement for the counseling certification to have you be eligible for the Philly First Home Grant of up to $10,000. To be eligible for the grant you must complete the counseling certification prior to signing an agreement of sale to purchase a home.
